We truly think that if it were not for your positive energy and commitment we would not be in the position we are in today awaiting to move in to our very own home that was built especially for us. In the very beginning we never though it was possible that we could ever afford our first home until we met Sarah. From that moment forward Sarah was with us every step of the way with every detail and every phone call she made to us we knew that she would keep us updated but also just to check on us and see how excited we were getting. We can’t thank Sarah enough for this amazing opportunity for us to own our dream home sooner then we ever thought we could. Me and my partner where looking for a home to suit our family with a pretty tight budget. We went to countless open homes and it all came to the one conclusion… The houses we like where out of our price range and the house in our price range needed a lot of work to get them up the scratch I work 6 days a week and don’t have time to be renovating on the weekends with two kids under 5 in the house…

We meet up with Sarah and had a look over the plans they had the layout that we where after in the price range we could afford and everyone in place to make it all happen it all seemed to good to be true so and the most surprising thing of all was there was no pressure from Sarah or her team to sign up on the spot which was really nice for a change most of the other builder/real estate company’s where really pushy to get you to sign up…

I am a carpenter by trade and have kept and eye on the building process the whole way threw and all trades have done a really good job no corners have been cut and Sarah has kept us up to date with the process the whole way threw… We are really happy with our new home and are very thankful of Sarah and her team for helping us building, buying and making our first home a breeze… Yours sincerely Awé…

The time-frames were pretty good and the guys were close to 7 weeks ahead of schedule, yet the job is perfectly executed. The house style is from a top shelf, l am excited to be honest.
